Our Leaders
Our Mission
Paramedics Unlimited is the longest-running emergency medical standby company, with over 40 years of service?
Decker Williams
Owner
Decker graduated from the College of Engineering at Arizona State University. He then earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership / Public Administration from Northern Arizona University. Over a career spanning 41 years in the Phoenix Fire Department Decker worked in a multitude of roles including fire paramedic, Battalion Chief; earning awards along the way, including Paramedic of the Year (1985); and retired as Deputy Chief. Decker is the creator of “Children’s ABLE Program,” CPR performed by Children under the age of 13. I’m small but I’m ABLE to perform Airway, Breathing and Lifesaving Efforts. Being a retired Air Force Reserve Senior Master Sergeant and former Air Evacuation Corpsman, Decker and his wife, Patrice, love to travel and one thing he noted is that firefighters seem to be fire culturally the same, the world over – friendly and helpful to others.
